And your statistics to support that come from...? Even if one or both of their biological parents have issues with addiction/abuse/etc.?

Even if true, do children do better with one parent or two, regardless of the gender of the two?

Do children do better in foster care, or adopted by parents, regardless of the gender of the parents?

Do you have any valid statistics that imply that being raised by parents of the same gender in any way produces worse outcomes for the child?

Unfortunately, the data on adoption is not good. Children fare no worse in their bio parents' homes. I would love to say that it is all the same, but it is not.

Please post the statistics that show adoption is not good for a child.

The comparison of a gay couple raising a child vs the biological parents has a few flaws. For one thing, children who are with their biological parents are not generally taken away for adoption, unless there are serious problems in the home. In any case, if this were the issue, it would apply to adoption by hetero couples as well.

In addition, many children of divorced parents only have one biological parent in the house, and many gay couples arrange for one of them to be a biological parent.

The relevant question is whether there is any data to show that a child is better off in an institution than in a loving home with same sex parents.

Your heart is in the right place but your ignorance knows no bounds. Why do you think children are "taken away for adoption" and if not adopted they end up in an institution? Was this post written in 1892?

No, they end up in foster care, bouncing from one barely-regulated home to another until they age out. Much better.
