not feeling pregnant at 12 weeks anymore. what to do?

Everything you describe is common for that phase. And not to be a downer, but continuing symptoms wouldn't necessarily mean everything is hunkydory either. If your next appointment is in three weeks, does that mean you had one a week ago? If you saw a good HB then, that's a better predictor than what collection of symptoms you do or don't have.

My doctor said it is fine and that I can wait until next appointment, because there is no signs of concerns like cramping or bleeding. I am still freaking out, a lot. I can not see waiting three weeks.

Maybe they'll fit you in for HB check for reassurance.

The need for "reassurance" is what is driving up health care costs

No, what's driving up costs is people wanting everything paid for by somebody else.

Yes. Like my insurance company having to pay for unscheduled but "reassuring" HB checks.

I had a history of loss (one that was later and VERY traumatic), so I went in for reassurance a few times due to spotting or bad u/s growth calculation, but never for a lack of symptoms; they always came back after a day or two. Give it a few days. You may not be totally done with your symptoms yet. If you're still concerned after that period of time, call your doctor again and see what he/she says. Stay busy! You'll get through it.

That's normal as your hormones are evening out. Consider yourself lucky! Congrats!

I would call my Dr. and ask if I can be seen sooner just to feel better.

Do you have any spotting/bleeding?

If not, then you are probably okay.

I had the same feelings around week 12. I had less symptoms - which was scary. Most likely, you are just fine. The body is weird during early pregnancy. When you go in for your week 12, you can ask the doctor if you want, but everyone kept telling me to enjoy not having symptoms. I don't want to tell you the same, because I know hearing that does not make you feel good. But try to remind yourself that this is very normal.
