DW suggests I check out yoga. What do you make of her comment?

I can totally see myself saying this to my DH. Not as a free pass to hook up with one of them, but because I know that despite the fact that he loves me and is faithful to me, other women are also attractive. The same way that I find other men attractive but don't want to sleep with them. She's just hoping to motivate you.

Yoga studios don't have mirrors on the walls - only gym yoga. But I guess if you're only going there to check out women, it doesn't matter whether it's a quality class or not.

Also, please don't don't be the creepy guy in the yoga class...just don't.

You like chatting with women - thus your time spent on DCUM

Yeah, I'm kind of appalled at how many people think it's okay to encourage people to go to yoga class just to ogle other people. I guess it's a sign of what yoga has become. It's supposed to be a space where you can feel at ease, work through things that are troubling you, understand your body, patterns of movement, work out the kinks and find acceptance. The idea of people going there to either get turned on or turn other people disappoints me.

And if someone even suggests that the women are "asking" to be ogled by wearing tight clothing, I'll stop you there. It is best to wear form-fitting clothing without a lot of extra fabric when doing yoga. Yoga pants are actually practical for certain forms of yoga.

I'm a woman and agree with GeeLove. I loved my old gym because there was LOTS of eye candy. But that's as far as it went. I was there to workout.
