| One Wusthof santoku knife and one paring knife are all I really need, but I do have a few others that I use just because they're there. I bought them a million years ago at TJ Maxx but they're good quality. It's nice to have a small serrated knife for slicing tomatoes. |

| Not technically a "knife" but I love my microplane and you definitely need a vegetable peeler. |
