I think her point is that a regular pointed heel will cause problems sinking into the grass as we walk. Thank you for the suggestions. Sounds like nude, or even silver, might be the way to go. I hadn't thought of metallics as an option. |
| Usually this would be important, even if the bride's decision was 'anything goes'. |

Nude or navy
Metallic silver or gold sounds really loud to me. |
| Yellow |
| Nude/neutral. |
Why not? |

Woah, OP, I could have written your post - right down to the outdoor wedding / no spike heels thing. I'm looking for a nice pewter or dark silver color, flat or wedge. So far I've found these:
http://m.nordstrom.com/Product/Details/3751756?categoryid=60177751 Or these: http://m.nordstrom.com/Product/Details/3382718?origin=browse They're both a little more casual than I'd like, but either would work. |
Did ya'll wear color coordinating garters too? |
| Gold! We paired them with navy BM dresses for my wedding - looks very nice, especially for evening weddings and those in fall/winter months. |
+1. This is what we did at my wedding 2yrs ago. |
| I would live to see a picture of the dress. |
| Yellow |
Oh please. Its much more tacky and passe to dictate shoes for your attendants than it is to wear different shoes! |
| i would go for fuschia! have some fun, live it up. and no one will be looking at your shoes anyways, they will be looking at the bride. |
