WTF?!? Deleted My Post Twice? For What?

All I know is I've recently had several posts removed that were completely in line with the tone and context of the thread in which they were posted, with no explanation.

All I know is that you cannot or will not provide examples of posts I wrote that are beyond the pale of what we see every day on DCUM.

All I know is that you have told me - me specifically - to clean up my language on a forum where people routinely use swear words with no consequence (your claim in the linked thread above is belied by the sheer amount of swearing that goes on here on a regular basis).

Hard-on? What else am I suposed to think?

OP, you seem to have the mistaken impression that Jeff reads each and every thread and arbitrarily picks who he feels is inappropriate to delete.

I can say from several years of reading that Jeff only reads certain fora and in others, he only visits when other posters "report" posts. Then he reads some or all of the thread to get a gist of what's going on and then deletes the most inappropriate. Most likely the reason that you were deleted, and twice, was because you ticked off some other posters in that thread who reported your posts (twice) and he read your comments and agreed they were inappropriate and delete them. Often he has never seen the other posts that you think are worse than yours, but no one else chose to "report" them.
