My friend turned me on to this after she found it in her google search for "chub rub." So I solved a problem AND learned the name for it on the same day. Exciting stuff! The only person I know who doesn't have this problem is my semi-anorexic 6 year old.

You don't have to be super skinny to be blissfully unaware of this problem. Just blessed with wide-set "child birthing" hips.

Yes, body glide!

Body Glide is great, as many others have said. So are Jockey's Skimmies or similar lightweight bike shorts.

Rub antiperspirant on the inside of your thighs. Works like a charm.

Second the Monistat anti - chafing gel. Very lightweight and dries fast. I use it for running too.

Yup! Cute story, I was doing this yesterday when I was getting ready for work, and my 2 year old son saw me doing this and then wanted to put deodorant on his tummy. They pick up on everything!

Anyway, deodorant works perfectly.

My son plays football and used to get awful inner thigh chafing. Teammate recommended a product called Anti Monkey Butt. I ordered from Amazon and he's been chafe free ever since.

Lightweight bike shorts are good for this and sudden breezes, too. Don't take the spanx recommendations. Those should not be worn on a daily basis. They actually are tight enough to cause problems with your internal organs. Special occasions only.

Lanacaine anti chafe cream and jockeys skimmers

WHAT? Don't wear spanx while pregnant! Are you crazy?

Are you stupid? You do know she's talking about the maternity kind?
