Okay, I am not a fan of Heather, at all usually, but, I must say, she is really nice to "the help", waiters, drivers, and such. I notice she always makes a point of saying "Thank You" and looking directly at them when she is speaking to them. She often makes a comment directed towards them along with the thank you. Not sure if I notice it more because I don't like her or if she does it more than the other woman. I'm still Team Shannon though.

That's your opinion, which I don't share. I'm not sure who "they" is, but I don't know if I'd say the feeling is dislike as much as it's being on camera, have 3 kids and probably spend more than you bring in, it can probably add a bit of stress to any marriage.

They refers to Shannon and her husband, I thought that was fairly obvious. I find it hard to root for a marriage where one partner constantly berates the other and that person looks unhappy in her presence but perks up when there's other women around to flirt with. It's just painful to watch which is why I usually fast forward through there scenes. I did catch the scene where they decided Vicki's guest room wasn't up to their standards, really made them so appealing.
