Yes this. Office is located at 19th street. Use the Farragut North stop in the Red Line if you are taking Metro. exit onto street. On 19th walk towards M street and you will find it.

PASSPORT OFFICE HAS MOVED. I had an appoint but I got mine in 3 business days and I wasn't even travelling for 6 weeks.
Office is now located at 600 19th Street, N.W. Closer to farrugut west or foggy bottom on the redline. It is very near the IMG and World Bank Main Complex. Though it says travel within 5 days I would still go. They are only supposed to take appointments for travel within 14 days. As mentioned I was going in 6 weeks and they gave me no problems at all.

"Will call service is offered for life or death emergencies and immediate travel abroad (leaving within 5 business days). The agency will advise you when the passport will be ready for pickup at will call based on your documented travel plans."

OP here, thanks everyone.

I still have a question: The first available appointment is Aug 1st which is too late.
So the plan is to walk in on Wed, will that still work, does that concept exists or do we need to wait for the appointment?

I will take in all the proof of travel and urgency related stuff, but will they even see me?
When you guys say you got in within a day or two, was it all with appointments, Or did you walk in as well?

Thanks.

We drove up to the US passport office in Philly and had our passports reissued the same day. Well worth the drive!

+1 you are just reducing your chances every day you wait.

OP here, thanks everyone. We went yesterday to submit the application and it was relatively painless. We did have to wait for 5 hours, but that is understandable given the walk in.
I will be going to pick up on Monday.
