Congrats!! I also just managed to get through week 5. You can do it!

Pro tip: When you get to the longer runs, it's totally ok to walk for 30 seconds to catch your breath, then keep on going. If you run outside on the sidewalks, stop lights will give you this natural break.

Thanks for the tip. I run in the park on a trial so no stop lights, but I will keep this in mind.

I think I'm going to do a 5k next month. Haven't signed up yet, a little nervous but I really want to do it. There's also one in September that I want to do.
