That's what I do for my mac and beef. For baked ziti, I would do 1/2 lb meat for 1 lb pasta and mix in some cheese, either mixed into the sauce for baking or just layered on top to make a crust. 2:1 meat to cheese does sound way too heavy on meat for our tastes. |
