Hi -

Does anyone have insight into the Rainforest Room, Otter's Den and Bear's Lair party rooms at the DC National Zoo? Any other advice/tips on hosting a party there (e.g. is Sat or Sun better, food choices, etc.)

Has anyone used the Otter's Den and Bear's Lair rooms? Am looking for my November birthday boy, and since I guess I'm late, all the weekend Rainforest room dates are booked up. Any thoughts on which of the two remaining rooms might be better in case of inclement weather?

Does anyone know if parking is included as part of the party package? I cant imagine asking parents to pay $25 or try to find street parking in the middle of december with 3 year olds...

We went to one last year and I was also not impressed. It was hard to stay together and the kids got bored quickly. The party room was small too.
