A riot of color. On every step of our north-facing porch, DH managed to arrange pots of marigolds, petunias and snapdragons. They have enlivened our grey flagstones since Spring! We have shade-tolerant roses that are decidedly unimpressive, and azaleas that hide the foundations and do their bit in Spring. Would love boxwood - I love that peculiar smell they have... |
