| I'd go fresh and seasonal. Caprese or spinach/strawberry salad to start. Fresh wild salmon (grilled or roasted with olive oil, basil, garlic and lemon), orzo salad with chopped wilted spinach and lemon/EVOO/herb dressing, asparagus. Strawberry shortcake or berry trifle for dessert. A good bottle of wine (have white and red available if you don't know their preference). |
