I love chicken Marbella. I'm a terrible cook, but everyone raves when I make it.

I'd go fresh and seasonal. Caprese or spinach/strawberry salad to start. Fresh wild salmon (grilled or roasted with olive oil, basil, garlic and lemon), orzo salad with chopped wilted spinach and lemon/EVOO/herb dressing, asparagus. Strawberry shortcake or berry trifle for dessert. A good bottle of wine (have white and red available if you don't know their preference).

Ina Garten's Aian grilled salmon or her salmon with fennel is so good.

Thx to recommenders of SP Chicken Marbella, I had heard it was good but never tried it - this is the year I do!
