I find nice pieces at Appalachian Springs and As Kindred Spirits. Lots of different artists sell their work through these shops. I'm also a fan of Step Two jewelry.

For quality basic jewelry, Macys pre Christmas selection and prices (sales, extra savings, early/late hours shopping savings) can't be beat.
