Dogs at open houses

This is ridiculous. The realtor should have asked her to leave at once.
I have two dogs but I would never presume to take them somewhere they do not belong.

I would have been really pissed at the realtor. We have severe allergies to dog hair and do not go into houses with animals nor allow them in our home. I also do not think kids should be in a home either. Parents should either take turns with one waiting in the car with the kids or leave them home.

According to DCUM, it's perfectly ok to leave your children alone in cars as long as you roll down the windows.

According to DCUM, it's perfectly ok to leave your children alone in cars as long as you roll down the windows.

+1 or get a babysitter or do it when kids are in school. It isn't ok to bring animals or kids into someone else's house. You are the entitled one if you think it is ok!

I live in Old Town, and I would ask you to leave your dog outside if you brought your pet to an open house. I'm pretty positive that there are many owners who would feel similarly. Please respect others, and leave your animal at home or outside.
