Imagine if one of us mere mortals went out of the country and didn't have any physical contact with our baby for three weeks. We would have our children ripped from us possibly by the courts for abandonment.

But if you are wealthy and famous, you don't have to worry about the term abandonment. It isn't even in your vocabulary.

As a mother of a young child, I would surely miss my baby after a month. Even having Facetime would not be the same. I would want to hold my little snowflake in my arms and smell her hair, etc.

Doesn't Kim even miss her little baby??!

I mean, it's Nori's birthday. Her 1st birthday which is a special milestone. I wouldn't want to miss that day for all the money in the world if that was my child.

Most parents don't miss even 7 days out of their children's first year.

Kim has already missed a month.

Poor little baby.

I am sure she would trade sleeping under that expensive chandelier in her nursery for just one hour sleeping in her mother's arms.

Not true. When my older DD was Nori's age, I went to another country to finish my fieldwork. I was supposed to be gone 5 weeks, but I finished in a little less than 4. Other than a few older relatives, no one raised an eyebrow. There was certainly no legal threat to my custody of her.

I do think that leaving your baby to go on a three week honeymoon shows poor attachment to the child, but this is Kim and Kanye. The baby is better off the less exposure to their narcissism as possible.

How do any of you know where that child is at this moment? JC, other than Internet stalkers, who follows the birth dates, timelines, whereabouts of this people?

What "authoritative" source are you using? Enquirer? TMZ?

Not your concern.

Her name is Nori?

Like the Japanese word for dried seaweed?

For the same reason you wasted brain cells reading and responding to the Kim Kardashian post.

It's North. They said they were going to nickname her Nori, but I've never seen them quoted calling her anything other than North.

Who has time to take of care of babies these days? That's what nannies and The Help are for. It's call being rich.

Fear not OP! They did not forget baby girl on her birthday! All is well with the universe.

Aww....I just knew this accusation of Kim being a negligent mother had to be false! She is such a hands-on mother. To give her baby girl real diamond earrings....She must really love her child.

And little Nori is so beautiful. Thank God she took after her mother in the looks dept.

Nori is adorable but she is going to be one big eyebrow at some point.
