I think anyplace where the drinks and food are a bit more upscale and the crowd isn't too 20-something might attract women in that age range. In Arlington, I'm thinking Eventide, Lyon Hall, Circa, sometimes Liberty Tavern, American Tap Room, Mussel Bar, Grand Cru. Cheesetique in Shirlington.

I'm 42, and a handful of my similarly-aged friends are happily dating or married to younger men. In most of the cases, the guy looks slightly older and is fairly mature for his age, and the woman generally looks a bit younger. I see nothing wrong with flipping the "usual" a little.
