I think crazy abusive men prey on vulnerable women who have low self~esteem for some reason.

It's like they are drawn to them because they see them as easy targets.

Perhaps your ex's new girlfriend has low self~esteem and he is going to go after her as his next victim.

If I were in your shoes, I would do everything I could to try to protect her.

How about an anonymous letter??

Not always. I was very successful and confident and that drew him to me. He was incredibly charming and probably still can be. I just did not recognize his true self for many years. I would send anything if I could, but I don't know any of the contact information.

It's a screening process. Women who don't put up with their BS screen themselves out. Whoever is left, gets abused.
