Male boss only invites males out to lunch and outings

There is no requirement that a boss needs to socialize with women if he decides he does not want to do so. Stop finding things to complain about and blaming your gender for why you don't get ahead.

I worked for a great company where every month the boss, the president, would take the employees of the month (both genders) out to lunch all together. We sat at the same table. It was a nice reward and gesture. It was a way for the company to thank the employees for their hard work and effort.
