Snack recommendation - vegetarian, high in protein and savory

Not high in protein, but fits the other two criteria. And only around 40 calories a cup. Make sure you measure out a cup and don't eat from the bag!

Have you tried the packets of dry roasted seaweed? It's not high in protein, but it totally satisfies a salty snack craving.

OP here: thanks for all the suggestions. Will try one at a time otherwise I'll fasten up just on the snacks.
