Earliest signs of pregnancy?

Unquenchable thirst
General queasiness where I don't feel awful, but I just don't feel "right"
Heartburn
Twinges and light cramping down there

A strange queasiness (not later morning sickness type nausea) that I've never experienced other than in the first days of pregnancy.

Also (TMI) my cervix was not only tightly closed but was sort of rolled back and away from it's normal position.

All this happened on like day 12 which was also the day in each pregnancy that I got a positive hpt. I felt absolutely nothing different up to day 12 than before. I've been pregnancy 3 times and same thing each time.

The cycle I finally got my BFP, I had no symptoms. In some previous cycles I had sore breasts, and a different feeling that lead me to believe I was pregnant, but nope.

The earliest signs: having to pee all the time and feeling so tired I could have slept on the kitchen floor. The next signs: extremely sore, puffy breasts. After that: weird little tugs and cramps and twinges in my very low abdomen.

After the fourth night in a row of falling asleep at 7 pm, I knew.

Ditto. Had this about 9dpo, didn't get a positive until well over a week later.

I'm hoping that it's my fingertips turning blue. I know this is strange, but hear me out. A couple of months ago I got preg, but it ended in an early miscarriage, but for the last few weeks when I was preg my finger tips and toes would turn blue. My ob saw it and said, yeah that's ok, your body is rerouting the blood-it might happen for the duration. I've never really had this happen when not preg. So, three or four days after I ovulated last week my fingertips turned blue again! I am so excited, I can't stand the wait to see for sure!
