If your audience is a 15 yo boy. |
| B-cup. Easier to buy clothes that fit well, too. |
| Full b/small c |
| If you go any larger than a C, you will probably regret it later - large breasts make women over 40-50 very matronly. |
+1 Also there can be medical complications with going too big... Stretching of akin/muscles. Best wishes! |
| Good luck and hope you are well. I had reconstruction too and went much smaller than my original size so that I wouldn't have to wear a bra anymore, lol. Talk to the nurses at your plastic surgeon's office too. They will probably be very helpful with suggestions as well. |
+1 I remember the brief period of time in my teen years when I was a B. Clothes looked so good and were so easy to find. Sigh. I miss having a smaller chest than I do now. |
Tattooed nipples? How does that work? Sorry, I'm fortunate no one I know has breast cancer. |
|
Do you have an athletic frame? Sure, you describe yourself as slender, but is it boney or more of a long red muscle athletic/in shape type?
Are you pear shaped otherwise (hefty thighs and legs)? |

Im small framed, just under 5"4, around 125 with small C. I used to B until after the breastfeeding ended. Somehow now I am a C, but not all C bras fit me. I'd consider it a small C. I can fit in my size 2/4 or XS tops with no problem. Any bigger and I would not.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery! |
| I'm a full D and 5'9" and 140lbs. I've never had a hard time finding clothes or bathing suits. I can buy off the rack often without even trying clothes on. I also don't have any back problems. |
| I'm 5'9" bwtn 120-125 and am a 32c. I think a smaller size looks a lot classier and is easier to dress. |
