Would generally agree with this but I didn't think she seemed to be a natural waif. She seemed even a little big boned and stocky in the early years, didn't she?

Stress, cheating husband, difficult childhood...

Oxy. She has serious issues and has for decades.

My SIL is painfully thin. I'm talking her thigh is as thick as my forearm. She doesn't diet, eats a ton of food, including sweets but just can't gain weight. She was forced as a child to try to gain weight by over-eating but it never worked. Even after both of her pregnancies, she lost all the weight and then some. I envy her immensely but there's literally nothing she can do to put on weight.

I wouldn't actually envy someone like this. I have a friend like this and it stresses her out when people comment on how stick thin she is. She's had 2 kids and still can't seem to gain any extra weight (she gained fine while pregnant, but as you said, lost it all)

She's always looked like she has Graves disease.

Unlikely, b/c she would have started a spin off show with an insipid pun--"Tori--Gravely Serious," "In the Graves with Tori," "Tori--taking it to the Graves..."
