| OP here. Thank you. I'm going to the common sense media site to check out some movies. A couple of the girls are only allowed G movies, and I need to go check some of the movies mentioned (I remember them and I bet the kids would love them, but a few sets of parents may not be pleased with PG). |

Really? The Lost Boys? Are you really recommending that she show an R-rated vampire movie with plenty of blood, sexual innenudo, and bad language to a group of 7 year old girls!? I love that movie and probably watched it for the first time when I was 10 (I was a girl who loved horror movies and the two Coreys), but I would NEVER screen this movie at a first grade slumber party unless I wanted to spend the entire next day on the phone with angry parents explaining why I lack good judgement. |
