Must haves from Heidelberg Bakery?

Too late for OP, but the only good thing I've had from Heidelberg is their Linzer torte. They might only make it around the holidays though.

With all due respect, you all are missing the POINT of Heidelberg: the bread.

Yes, they do nice pastries, nice cakes, all that. But you can get those at many high-end bakeries. What you can not get anywhere else: volkorn bread, 6-grain bread -- all baked to German recipe (do left in the oven a little shorter than in the Old Country because American like their bread a little softer) -- and with imported flour.

Get the bread. You won't regret
