Or in the first episode when they were around the table at breakfast and Avery said she would miss her dad more, Mario pretty much did a "nanny nanny boo boo" to Ramona.

According to radar online she did know and part of the reason she rushed out to the hamptons was to catch him. She told the bravo film crew the plane was too small for them so they couldn't go with her and film it.

I heard that she was desperate to keep this drama off the show which is why she waited to file for divorce until after filming wrapped. Mario was SO obvious at that dinner thanking Heather for taking Ramona away. I'm sure the editors were happy to keep that little moment in the episode for us.
