
You may want to ask your midwife what she thinks about taking a calcium/magnesium supplement to lessen your BHs as well as other aches and pains. Cal-mag supplements at bed time can help. |

I am getting the same - I am an aerobics instructor and am still attending classes although not teaching them at the mo, the class is an hour long and even though I am doing really low impact i am too feeling my stomach tightening and it is really uncomfortable. I have read braxton hicks is short periods of tightening of like 2 mins so is this something different? |
