I see fairly easy fixes for that one, too. The brick is nice, just needs an updated roof and I would ditch that screened front porch and just make it an opened covered front porch. I'll bet it could look cute.

I also like the strange retaining walls and the random balconies. The mis-matched columns in the front don't help either.
