Is this bathroom reno estimate reasonable?

I have a shoe box hallway bath that I had gutted and replaced everything but no moving any pipes or changing location of sink or tub because there was no room. I oversaw the work by a contractor I use all the time. The cost was $16K. I did use high end materials from Union Hardware and Best Tile but I live in an affluent area and have to consider resale value.

You paid the affluent tax aka overpaid because the contractor knew your area.

Not true. The contractor's labor costs were reasonable. The materials were the bulk of the cost. Contractor had nothing to do with that. However, I am very happy with the work, which is what matters. And, like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for"...
