You could live in Petworth, in walking distance of the Petworth metrostrop and the school.

You could live in Brookland, in walking distance of the Brookland metrostop and Turkey Thicket community center (indoor pool, outdoor tennis courts and brand new playground), and easy 10 min. drive up Taylor/Hawaii to the school.
