You're not a millionaire simply because you make a million dollars. You're a millionaire because you manage to save or invest it. 1 million in, 1.5 million out does not a millionaire make.

Double that assumption for each of the last five years and you will be in my ballpark. Since I spend relatively little, and save very much, I am a "millionaire" by your definition thank you very much.

I don't think you understand the PP's points (which are correct) at all!!!! Why you making this about your salary, it's not about that.
You may not realize it but you sound immature...which negates the 2 million a year salary story!

I will not discuss my finances on a public forum, but I am certainly happy for you and all the other "millionaires" on this forum, (however you define it).

I hope that we can work together to better the lives of those many millions of our fellow women, men, and children who are so much less fortunate. This conversation about who is or is not a millionaire is appalling and distasteful in light of all the poverty and suffering in this world. Or perhaps in your self-absorption about who is or is not a "millionaire", or who or who is not "intelligent" in defining a "millionaire", you subscribe to the view that you should "let them eat cake?".
