Not true. It's inaccurate for my house by about 30 percent. I have claimed and updated, but it can't understand the past sale transaction because the house was bought mostly for corporate stock, and some cash. It thinks the cash amount was the whole sale amount. Or, at least I think that's why it's so off. As for your fbomb hostility -- weird to be so riled up about something so mundane.
