Not true. It's inaccurate for my house by about 30 percent. I have claimed and updated, but it can't understand the past sale transaction because the house was bought mostly for corporate stock, and some cash. It thinks the cash amount was the whole sale amount. Or, at least I think that's why it's so off. As for your fbomb hostility -- weird to be so riled up about something so mundane.

PP must have just made an offer based on zestimate and the sellers laughed at her. Can't blame her for being bitter.

wrong. we bought our home i 2010 for 700K. the value now based on comps is probably 760K. Zestimate says that my home is worth 927K, which is beyond ridicolous

well, if you think so come an buy my home (I am the poster above with a home paid 700K in 2010 and now worth about 760K, but valued at $927K according to Zillow)
