This was us on Saturday. 9 days of eating out all I wanted was fresh veggies. Ran to the store and grabbed some fresh shrimp, which we grilled, some squash and zucchini, and made a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas and jalapeno.

We did Peruvian chicken - the place near us is next to safeway, so I could run in and buy some fruits and veggies to make the meal a little more healthy (after eating junk for days on spring break).

I usually have Peapod deliver the day we get back so I don't have to deal w/ going to the grocery store and unpacking.

Spaghetti, a jar of sauce loaded with veggies, and frozen garlic bread or rolls <- I always make sure those are stocked so we can have dinner the night we get back from vacation!.
