Hunter Hayes may be the worst live singer I've ever heard on an awards show. He is really terrible.

I used to love Tim McGraw, until artists started singing live again (after the buzz over taping a few years back).

The first 4 or 5 performers were fine. Then it went south. Every performer went south. What are the odds? When they flipped to the other venue, things were fine. Then at the main venue, same problem. After Hayes, things went fine again.

I truly think it was the monitors. The things they wear in their ears allow them to hear themselves. Without that, it's hard to stay on pitch because you have no idea where the band is.

Miranda Lambert gave a dreadful first performance. The second one was dead-on - after Hunter Hayes.

Nice to have an evening of country music, but in the industry the ACM's are thought of as fluff. It's the CMA's that count.
