Second one. It is a word in portuguese (maybe spanish too?) and it means "pray" (as in, religion).

I work with a Reza (a guy) and we pronounce it Ray-zah.
I actually really like this name for a girl.

Also Reeza. There was a restaurant that I used to got to a lot called Reza's and it was pronounced Reeza's.

That's Raisa. As in Gorbachev. And Russian.

Whereas Reza (however pronounced) is Persian.
