It just moved! I think it's a little young for 4 though.

Keep your kid at home and have a great time!

There is only one Denny's in the city, on Mission Street in SoMa. Not a great block even during broad daylight. Next time you need a 24 hour place, go to the Castro - on Church Street there's a restaurant called Sparky's.

Thanks! Fortunately my kid is older and adjusts better now. We had so much (predawn) time on our hands on that trip that we drove to a Dennys down on the Peninsula - maybe near Pacifica, if I remember correctly? There was also a 24 hour donut place in Palo Alto. And zero traffic at that hour!

Where's the 24 hour donut place in Palo Alto? Is it good? In Palo Alto this weekend and would love some late night/early morning donuts. Tks!

BTW - Exploratorium is absolutely wonderful. Best $15 spent.

No, donut place is nothing special. Just open 24 hrs. On camino real.

For a week definitely. For a weekend - no way!

We took our boy although he can't recall it. He enjoyed Muir Woods. Street cars. He loves food and enjoyed the same Thai food we did. Then again. If I had the option to travel so child I would jump on it!
