It could be true but I highly doubt it. If he was worried about catching something from her vaginally, why wouldn't he worry about catching something from her orally? If they had a physical relationship for years, why would they have limited it to oral sex? And, for me, I'm not buying the oral sex leads to no expectations but vaginal sex does. In this case, if I was really trying to determine if I could salvage my marriage, I'd be tempted to call her and ask her how far they went because I just couldn't get past the implausibility of this. You should only stay with him OP if you are ok with this possibly happening again in the future. I am sorry but once you taste a little of the forbidden it is nearly impossible to give up entirely, even if you go YEARS without acting on those urges. Eventually he will succumb again. Men lie about sex - they NEED it. The details are not relevant, the lying is and he will lie again when another hot piece of ass is willing to give him some action.
