No you do not pay anything extra. We just walked from comfort inn to the beach.

What is your budget? Some of these suggestions are high end. We've had lots of wonderful, lower priced vacations in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Panama, El Salvador, and Riviera Maya.
