There are several townhouse developments scattered around this area and not necessarily the brookfield-cookie-cutter homes with postage stamp yards next to a busy road. In fact, the townhome subdivision we live in has a lot of mature trees, quiet, has a Ffx Co. Park next to it, and tot lots.
