5/5 ARM with Penfed - 2.75% on 900kish balance; no points, orig fee or closing costs.

Fixed was 4.25 or so at the time; not much more now.

MAFCU (Mid Atlantic *something with an F* Credit Union. Got a $1.7M loan a couple of years ago. We were also approved by two other banks that ended up pulling out at last minute. MAFCU was fantastic to work with and great customer service. We were in Bethesda and they have a branch there.

Yup, were quoted 4.25% for a jumbo just the other day. We won't even need a jumbo, but the current rate is, for whatever reason, lower than the rate for a high-balance conforming.
