I'm married to a guy like this too. I figured social anxiety from googling. Anything that involves talking on the phone, I have to do it. And he does get pissed when I don't do it right. I don't know if that's part of the social anxiety or what. And mine is a conservative. Not sure if that's some sort of pattern? I don't go to the political forum.

I'd just pick a mean nickname for him like vagina or camel toe and call him that every time he can't man up. I'd go to a thrift store and find some mom jeans and give them to him to wear, and make him wear the jeans of shame for any phone call I had to make for him in the future.

Cuz you won't change him at this point so you may as well just shame him/ rub it in/ have a giggle seeing him in the pants while you want to be annoyed conveying messages on the phone.

I'm sort of joking but I'm sort of not...

You again, why are you so smug all the time? It's pretty pathetic how you need to say this on every post someone complains about their husband, for you to feel good about yourself. Get a life.

Well, she did marry him. Folks have to get on the clue train. I'd dump him if he didn't treat me better.

Now that we're here, try cognitive behavior therapy from a clinical psychologist. Do not deviate from these instructions.
