Third for Del Campo. Over Fogo de Chao, every time.
Ray's the Steaks is great, but part of the appeal (and part of the way they keep cost down) is that it's very casual, with quick service for a steakhouse. They discourage lingering--they're turning over tables. So not ideal for a birthday dinner. |

So while we thoroughly enjoyed our meal at BLT Steak, it cost almost $400 for the two of us..... If you've never been to a Fogo de Chao type place, start there. Very enjoyable for the true meat lover. And it won't run you $200 / head. |
