| Quesadillas, sandwiches, cheese & crackers, popcorn, yogurt smoothies, cottage cheese. I also sometimes feed my slightly older child more of a meal and he'll have a snack later one. I can't stand the grazing thing - constant snacks until dinnertime, so it's just better to feed him more when he's hungry and not be wedded to a time to eat a big meal. |

| Feed him dinner at 4. When 6 o clock comes, let him eat again or have a healthy snack then. |
