You want it bright pastels not baby shit green |
Our basement is sort of a terra cotta color, called Masada, from the BM Affinity collection. We love it - it makes it feel very cozy. |
Upward from Sherwin Williams in the rec room and Olympic White also from SW in the hallways and downstairs bedroom. Both are blue-grays. The strange thing with Upward is in our rec room it has a lot of blue to it - but we've tried that color elsewhere and it looks really gray. The rec room has recessed lights and is a walk out basement, but daylight doesn't come streaming in. |
I didn't choose this color, but it's an intense, vivd pinky coral. The floors are dark cherry. A lot of people hate the paint color, but you've got to admit it feels warm. LOL.
Personally, I'd choose something among the warm colors, but much paler. |
Cinderblock gray. |
Wood panels! With retro green and black floor tiles. ![]() |
A pale blue/green/gray. I love it. Can't recall the color but it came from Benjamin Moore |
Edgecomb Gray (BM) it's a beautiful beigy-gray that looks great with grays and tans/browns. Cannot go wrong! |
Candlelight (Benjamin Moore). I love it. |
Light blue also - very happy and cheerful, but clean and looks good in the laundry area. |
Benjamin Moore "Potsticker" - a great golden tan color which brightens the place without being harsh |
A light taupe - Baked Biscotti, by Behr. |
Thank you everyone! You gave me a lot of ideas. |
Benjamin Moore Whythe Blue.
Love the color! Blue/green but warm. White ceiling. Beige furniture. |
Pumpkin spice. Love it. |
