Ever done two vacations back to back?

I've done multi-destination trips. The downside is that it adds to the stress of packing and getting off, and I never enjoy the second part as much as the first.

We did one where we went up to Philly in a one-way rental car to visit museums and hang with friends and then flew to Europe for a dogleg trip - in to Amsterdam, out from Milan. Saved a bit of money on the plane ticket, too. We've also done family visits this way with American Airlines, because we have family in both Texas and California their "nerd bird" flight from San Jose to Austin was really handy.
