| Yes, the multi-cycle progaram is designed for those with no insurance coverage, regardless of age. They do not offer a refund like shared risk does though. |
| plus one more for the people who said leave 30k for the DE shared risk program and work back. You could try one IUI but I wouldn't do any more than that. |
Exactly. Before you worry about how much money you have to spend, you need the full diagnostic workup so you know what you are dealing with. |
which costs money, too, it sucks. |
| DE can be hard to get over vs your own eggs, but the results are SO worth it. |
| Don't forget about the cost of drugs. They can easily cost $4k per cycle. Also, I think you got great advice about budgeting for DE and then working backwards. But if you don't want to do DE, you might want to go straight to Cornell or CCRM. |
+1 - I would go to Cornell or CCRM if you are going to do an own egg cycle. |
| You're too old for Shady Grove's shared risk program (cut off is 37, I think) but you they do that the multi cycle discount. I did that program and got pregnant on try number one, thankfully. Two cycles for less than $20,000. If that didn't work, I'd explore other options with NYU or another program or donor egg. |
