Wow, this is very interesting. What other kinds of tastes and foods do you like? I like the taste of nutmeg etc but I hated the eggnog latte.

Approx 6-7yrs ago, I used to "treat" myself to one a day when I was super stressed out working in Biglaw. I then started putting on enormous amount to weight. Realized each cup had something like 20g of fat!!!!!

Never had another one again.

Took me months to burn off my eggnog latte fat. Don't make a habit of it!

I love eggnog lattes, but I make a skinny version. I have never had the Sarbucks version, but eggnog in general is super fattening.
