You can make a mix of secular winter music, but it is impossible to make a list of secular Christmas music because Christmas is a religious (Christian) holiday. And I assure you, as a Jewish American, your coworker is well aware that Christmas is approaching without any help from you.

The best songs are the choral ones, the furthest thing from secular, but if you want something other than kids music that's the way to go.
