Dr G Sher treatment complex and neither he nor his staff will explain it
Dr Sher gets very upset if you ask questions
We eventually went to other specialist in Las Vegas with great experience

I used Sher (SIRM) in NYC and got pregnant with severe DOR at 36. The immune panel and mandatory intralipids (and estrogen priming) i believe were the keys to our success. I didn't cycle with Dr. Sher personally so I can't comment on him personally.

I don't know about Dr. Sher personally in Las Vegas, but the physicians at SIRM in NY were fabulous, and succeeded on the first try with me (with a different treatment plan) after many other failures locally and abroad.

I have consulted with Tortoriello st SIRM NY while at SG. He is serious and thorough. I stayed with Widra at SG but appreciated ability to talk through worries with SIRM.

Yeah, this was our feeling when we consulted with him. Just did not get the vibe of a doctor.
